My pipes
Philosophy & Design
The philosophy and style of my pipes are mainly based on the classic Danish tradition. I particularly enjoy making small, delicate, filterless pipes, as they are also my personal favorites. Since last year, however, I have also been working on filtered pipes and experimenting with larger shapes. However, particularly unusual designs are not my focus and probably never will be.
Crafts
Basically, I attach great importance to exact drilling, precise tapping and finely crafted and polished mouthpieces. In this area, I see myself as a perfectionist who always strives to develop further with each pipe.
Influence & Inspiration
I particularly focus on the following pipe makers, as they best match my style and my idea of high-quality pipes and good design: J. Alan Pipes, Dirk Heinemann, Christian Ruetz, Tobias Kaffl, Henrik Kroll, Former, Tom Eltang, Cornelius Mänz, Chris Asteriou and many others. I would like to thank many of them for their valuable tips in chats or conversations.
